15 minute in train from the center of Milan. You live in a Romantic beautiful Italian house in old style. The area is very quiet and you live on the main street of Novate. It is like a small Italian village with no tourist. The owner is kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Franco was the co-owner and very friendly. Rooms were a good size. Having a kitchen while on a budget vacation is a plus. They also had a washer but no dryer. They give you you an allowance on your key card for the vending machines. Grocery store next door and close to train station to go into Milan.
Very hard to find as it is hidden on a little side street. You will pass it so be looking at the street numbers. Our shower leaked and there were bugs. Keep in mind this facility is an older building so it is not remodeled or updated in anyway. Parking is limited if there are a lot of people staying and there was no AC in our room.

Excellent location with good transport links to the City Centre whilst being on the outskirts of city of Milan. Friendly owner.Good local restaurants/bars within walking distance. Attractive courtyard, secure location. Large bathroom & separate shower room. Tokens were given to us for vending machine dispensing drinks.
Accomodation was below par. Single beds were small and uncomfortable. rooms lacked natural light & suffered from poor lighting. I thought EURO200's was expensive for 2 bedroom accomodation even though I thought I had booked a 3 bedroom apartment.

I had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable considering the spacious and well-equipped rooms, complete with a kitchen and a patio. The attention to detail was also impressive, with a secure and attractive courtyard providing a peaceful atmosphere in this quiet part of the city. The location was superb, as it was easy to reach the city center by a short train journey, and there were plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay.
All was great; no improvements needed.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the station, making it easy to explore the city. There were some really good restaurants down the street that were perfect for a quick bite to eat. there was a supermarket quite near to the train station that was very useful.
The room we stayed in was not up to our expectations and was lacking in basic amenities.
